Studio & Home Service Policies

Appointments: Appointments are strongly recommended for major services. Short-notice calls are welcome, but availability isn't guaranteed.
Cancellation / Rescheduling: 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule, or the full charge will apply.
Punctuality: For in-studio services, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals will have that time deducted from the service.
Privacy: Clients are draped during treatments for professionalism and warmth. The treated area is uncovered only as needed, then re-covered. Undergarments may be worn.
Payments: Cash and EFT are accepted.
Home Service: Setup and consultation take about 15–20 minutes. Water and electricity access may be required, along with adequate space for equipment. Advance booking is recommended.
